How Our Network Works
Request a connection with a local provider
Your first conversation has a purpose
When you contact Definitionbitcoin Floor Coating, you are using a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local epoxy and concrete floor coating providers. Share where the property is and what you want to change about the floor. Confirm whether you are speaking with the referral service or a local provider who would assess the concrete.
Definitionbitcoin Floor Coating does not perform coating work. The provider explains the proposed project and handles any installation you agree to purchase.
Request a callback to check provider availability and describe your floor coating project.
A few details help the provider understand
You do not have to measure every corner before making a request. An approximate floor size, its current condition, and your ZIP code are useful starting points. Mention an existing coating even if you do not know what product was used.
The provider may ask about water on the floor, cracks, oil stains, or areas that shed dust. Explain how you use the space and whether belongings or vehicles can be moved. For a basement, describe the access route and any history of dampness.
Ask about the work beneath the color
An attractive sample shows only part of the proposed result. Ask the provider to explain the preparation and coating system in everyday terms.
- What surface preparation does the estimate include?
- How will cracks, stains, or moisture concerns be assessed?
- Why does the proposed coating suit this floor?
- What texture options are available for wet areas?
- When can the space return to each type of use?
- What exclusions and written warranty terms apply?
If an answer is unclear, ask for an example tied to your concrete. You should be able to understand what you are considering.
Compare the whole proposal
Put written estimates side by side. Check whether they include similar preparation, coating layers, edge work, and cleanup. A difference in price may reflect a difference in scope.
You choose whether to hire a provider. A referral does not require you to accept an estimate. Confirm payment terms and project access before agreeing, and keep a copy of the final scope.
Bring one concern to the conversation
Start with the part of the floor that worries you. Use the request form to explain it briefly and ask about providers in our network. The next step is a discussion, with room to ask questions before making a decision.
